Terms of Use

These terms apply when you download or play Badmintun World ("the game"). By using the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and to any purchase.

2. Your account

You sign in with an email code or link, with Google, or with Apple. You are responsible for what happens under your account; keep your email account secure. One person, one account.

3. Fair play and conduct

Do not cheat, use modified apps or tools, exploit bugs, or interfere with the servers or other players' connections.
Do not use offensive, hateful or impersonating names. Names that break this rule are replaced automatically and may lead to action on the account.
Be respectful. Players can be blocked and reported from the game; we review reports and may warn, restrict or ban accounts.

4. Online matches

An online match is played to the end: there is no pause and no quit button.
If your connection drops you have 45 seconds to come back; the game takes you back into the match automatically. In a friend room, if you are gone longer, a computer player takes your seat so your friend can finish, and the match counts as a loss for you with no coins. In ranked matches and tournaments, leaving a match counts as a loss and can cost extra rank points.
Results of ranked matches and tournaments are verified by our servers and are final.

5. Virtual items and purchases

Coins, gems and cosmetic items are virtual items for use in the game only. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are licensed to you, not sold.
Real-money purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and follow their payment and refund rules. We cannot refund purchases ourselves; ask Apple or Google. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the items or currency from it may be removed from your account.
Limited-time sets are available only during the dates shown in the game.

6. Our rights

The game, its characters, artwork, sounds and code belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play it. You may not copy, reverse engineer or sell it.

7. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or harms other players. You can stop playing and delete your account at any time in the game (Account page → Delete account); deleting it removes your game data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to the game and the terms

We may change, add or remove features and update these terms. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms. For important changes we will tell you in the game.

9. No warranty and limits on liability

The game is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and fair, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us through the game in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without taking away protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your own country. Questions: getnotes.th@gmail.com

1. ใครเล่นได้

คุณต้องมีอายุอย่างน้อย 13 ปี (หรืออายุขั้นต่ำในประเทศของคุณ) หากยังไม่บรรลุนิติภาวะ ผู้ปกครองต้องยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้และการซื้อทุกครั้ง

2. บัญชีของคุณ

คุณเข้าสู่ระบบด้วยรหัสทางอีเมลหรือลิงก์ ด้วย Google หรือด้วย Apple คุณรับผิดชอบสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นกับบัญชีของคุณ โปรดรักษาบัญชีอีเมลให้ปลอดภัย หนึ่งคน หนึ่งบัญชี

3. การเล่นอย่างยุติธรรมและความประพฤติ

ห้ามโกง ใช้แอปหรือเครื่องมือดัดแปลง ใช้ประโยชน์จากบั๊ก หรือรบกวนเซิร์ฟเวอร์หรือการเชื่อมต่อของผู้เล่นอื่น
ห้ามใช้ชื่อที่หยาบคาย สร้างความเกลียดชัง หรือแอบอ้างผู้อื่น ชื่อที่ผิดกฎจะถูกแทนที่อัตโนมัติและอาจมีการดำเนินการกับบัญชี
เคารพผู้อื่น ผู้เล่นบล็อกและรายงานกันได้ในเกม เราตรวจสอบรายงานและอาจเตือน จำกัด หรือแบนบัญชี

4. แมตช์ออนไลน์

แมตช์ออนไลน์เล่นจนจบ: ไม่มีปุ่มหยุดและไม่มีปุ่มออก
หากการเชื่อมต่อหลุด คุณมี 45 วินาทีที่จะกลับมา เกมจะพาคุณกลับเข้าแมตช์เองโดยอัตโนมัติ ในห้องเพื่อน หากหายนานกว่านั้น คอมพิวเตอร์จะเล่นแทนที่นั่งของคุณเพื่อให้เพื่อนเล่นจนจบ และแมตช์นั้นนับเป็นแพ้ของคุณโดยไม่ได้เหรียญ ในแมตช์จัดอันดับและทัวร์นาเมนต์ การออกจากแมตช์นับเป็นแพ้ และอาจถูกหักแต้มอันดับเพิ่ม
ผลของแมตช์จัดอันดับและทัวร์นาเมนต์ตรวจสอบโดยเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเราและถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

5. ไอเทมเสมือนและการซื้อ

เหรียญ เพชร และไอเทมตกแต่งเป็นไอเทมเสมือนสำหรับใช้ในเกมเท่านั้น ไม่มีมูลค่าเป็นเงินสด โอนหรือขายไม่ได้ และเป็นการให้สิทธิ์ใช้งาน ไม่ใช่การขาย
การซื้อด้วยเงินจริงทำผ่าน App Store หรือ Google Play และเป็นไปตามกฎการชำระเงินและการคืนเงินของแพลตฟอร์มนั้น เราคืนเงินเองไม่ได้ โปรดติดต่อ Apple หรือ Google หากการซื้อถูกคืนเงินหรือยกเลิก ไอเทมหรือสกุลเงินในเกมจากการซื้อนั้นอาจถูกถอนออกจากบัญชี
ชุดจำกัดเวลามีให้ซื้อเฉพาะช่วงวันที่แสดงในเกม

6. สิทธิ์ของเรา

เกม ตัวละคร งานภาพ เสียง และโค้ดเป็นของเราหรือผู้ให้สิทธิ์ คุณได้รับสิทธิ์ส่วนบุคคล ไม่แต่เพียงผู้เดียว และโอนไม่ได้ ในการเล่นเกม ห้ามคัดลอก ย้อนวิศวกรรม หรือขายเกม

7. การระงับและการสิ้นสุด

เราอาจระงับหรือยุติบัญชีที่ฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนดหรือทำร้ายผู้เล่นอื่น คุณเลิกเล่นและลบบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อในเกม (หน้าบัญชี → ลบบัญชีผู้เล่น) การลบจะลบข้อมูลเกมของคุณตามที่ระบุในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงเกมและข้อกำหนด

เราอาจเปลี่ยน เพิ่ม หรือเอาฟีเจอร์ออก และปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดนี้ หากคุณเล่นต่อหลังมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ถือว่ายอมรับข้อกำหนดใหม่ หากเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญเราจะแจ้งในเกม

9. การไม่รับประกันและข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

เกมให้บริการ "ตามสภาพ" เราพยายามให้เกมใช้งานได้และยุติธรรม แต่ไม่รับรองว่าจะไม่สะดุดหรือปราศจากข้อผิดพลาด ภายใต้ขอบเขตที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดต่อความสูญเสียทางอ้อมหรือต่อเนื่อง และความรับผิดรวมสำหรับข้อเรียกร้องใดจำกัดไม่เกินจำนวนเงินที่คุณชำระให้เราผ่านเกมใน 12 เดือนก่อนข้อเรียกร้อง ข้อกำหนดนี้ไม่จำกัดสิทธิ์ที่คุณมีตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคที่เป็นข้อบังคับ

10. กฎหมายและการติดต่อ

ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย โดยไม่ตัดสิทธิ์ที่คุณได้รับตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคที่เป็นข้อบังคับของประเทศของคุณ คำถาม: getnotes.th@gmail.com
